Shipping policy

🚚 Overview

Crystalbal LLC provides mobile laundry, dry cleaning pickup, and mobile auto detailing services throughout York, PA; Lancaster, PA; and surrounding areas.
This policy outlines how pickups, deliveries, billing, and service expectations work for all customers in Pennsylvania.

By subscribing or scheduling a service, you agree to the terms below.

🧺 Laundry & Dry Cleaning Pickup Policy

1. Pickup Process

  • Customers receive one or more Crystalbal laundry bags depending on their plan.

  • Bags must be left:

    • outside the door

    • in a secure designated location

    • with office reception

    • or in the employer-designated pickup area (for factory/office routes)

No appointment is required—customers simply text us to activate their first pickup.

2. Weight & Bag Limits

  • 1 bag per week (up to 12 lbs) → $60/mo

  • 2 bags per week (up to 24 lbs total) → $120/mo

  • 3 bags per week (up to 36 lbs total) → $160/mo

  • A “bag” is defined as one standard Crystalball laundry tote filled without forcing or tearing.

Overstuffed bags may be charged an extra-bag fee.

3. Items We Accept

Personal clothing only:

  • shirts

  • pants

  • socks

  • undergarments

  • towels

  • regular household clothing

  • dry cleaning items (if chosen from menu)

4. Items We Do NOT Accept

  • Industrial/HEAVY oil or chemical-contaminated clothing

  • Work uniforms provided by the employer

  • Hazardous materials

  • Pet bedding

  • Rugs or large blankets (unless added as extra service)

5. Delivery

  • Laundry is typically returned same day business day or within 24–48 hours depending on workload and route.

  • Clean bags will be placed at the same pickup location unless instructed otherwise.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

Crystalbal is not responsible for:

  • items left in pockets

  • pre-existing damage

  • loose dyes

  • manufacturer defects

We will reasonably reimburse or replace lost items up to 10x the service cost of the bag (industry standard).


🚗 Mobile Auto Detailing Policy

1. Service Location

We perform detailing:

  • at customer homes

  • apartment parking lots

  • office lots

  • or employer-approved areas

Customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible and unlocked (for interior cleanings).

2. Water & Power

Crystalbal uses:

  • customer's water hook up 

  • customers power hook up 

  • jugs of clean water

3. Weather Policy

If weather prevents service:

  • the appointment will be rescheduled

  • customer receives SMS or email notice

  • no cancellation fee applies

4. Vehicles We Don’t Service

  • Commercial trucks

  • Biohazard vehicles

  • Vehicles with excessive mold, mildew, or insect infestation
    (unless pre-approved at an additional rate)

5. Damage Disclaimer

Crystalbal is not responsible for:

  • pre-existing scratches

  • oxidation

  • clear coat failure

  • personal items left inside the vehicle

Photos may be taken before service for protection.


💳 Billing & Subscriptions

1. Recurring Billing

Laundry plans are billed every 30 days automatically via Shopify.

Your subscription will renew unless canceled.

2. Cancel Anytime

Customers may cancel at any time.
Service continues until the end of the billing cycle.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of the service:

  • completed laundry or detailing services are non-refundable

  • unused pickups do not roll over
